Tips for healthy hair

  1. Massage your scalp twice weekly to improve the microcirculation to hair roots.

2. Use shampoo 2-3 times in a week.

3. Preferably use a mild shampoo & conditioner to maintain healthy scalp & hair.

4. Before shampoo, comb your hair to remove dirt & dead cells from your scalp.

5. After shampoo rinse your hair with lukewarm water.

6. Let hair dry naturally. Avoid using a blow-dryer or hot rollers as much as possible.

7. After washing, first dry your hair with towel and then gently detangle hair with a wide tooth comb.

8. Do not tie your hair too tightly, it may break or damage the hair.

9. Do not sleep with wet or damp hair, this may weaken the hair strands.

10. Regularly comb your hair before going to bed.

11. Get your hair trimmed regularly to eliminate split ends.

12. Avoid excessive perming, crimping, straightening & curling to prevent hair damage.

13. Avoid repeated bleaching or colouring hair to prevent toughness & brittleness.

14. Protect your air from exposure to excessive sunlight and dust.

15. Eat a balanced diet with right amount of nutrients for healthy hair.

16. Exercise regularly for increased blood flow which promotes healthy & shiny hair growth.

17. Practice yoga or meditation to reduce stress.

18. Rigorously follow the prescribed medicines and treatment as suggested by your doctor.
